How Do Home Sellers Decide On Setting Their Price in Northville, Mi. Area



There are a few things that home owners in the Greater Northville are have to consider when setting the sales price for their home. Condition: The condition of your home should be reflected in the pricing. If other homes have been updated and yours reflects much of the original construction but things are working, you can not expect buyers to pay as much for your home as your neighbors have gotten. Most buyers generally do not have concern for what your mortgage payoff is going to be & your closing costs are going to be In some cases, it is close to being a short sale where the buyer may if they really like your home, they may decide to come up with the money so the seller won't have to go through the process or have to wait months for approval. No matter how much you want for your home, you have to be realistic for the market & the home has to appraise .
